We loved seeing all our darling DDR employees dolled up in their Romance & Rustlers last week, but of course, inquiring minds want to know: how are the boss ladies rocking it?
The McMullen Sisters in the Romance & Rustlers collection

There’s something super fun about seeing how the ladies who made the magic happen are working it into their wardrobe. Plus, they’re always full of sassy little soundbites – that middle one, in particular – so we love to hand them a microphone every chance we get.

Without further ado, here’s how the McMullen sisters are styling this season!

Audrey Franz, CEO: ROMANCE & RUSTLERS TOP

“I chose the Romance & Rustlers Top – I do have it in the dress as well. I just love the print, I think it’s very vintage, and I love the colors, the brown and the mint green, but I also like it because it’s feminine – it’s got the little puffed sleeve and it’s lightweight, it feels good. It’s my favorite print, I love it.”

Cheryl in the MITCHELL’S GALLERY SKIRT, GUNSMOKE TRAIL JACKET, and TEXAS JACK BOOT

“I’ve got several pieces I want to talk about. First, the Mitchell’s Gallery Skirt. I am seeing and loving the circular skirts, and I’m going forward with them, so get ready, buckle down, because I think they’re so feminine and sexy and flirty and they’re just fun to wear. So you’re going to start seeing a whole series of these from me. And I’m seeing it trending, so that’s just icing on the cake. And then this little jacket, [the Gunsmoke Trail Jacket]. And then I want to point out these boots – we’ve had these boots in the collection for years, but it’s a good basic brown boot, it’s called the Texas Jack.  I’ve layered with the Bryce Henley, or the McCoy Top in that little checkered would be fun, too!”

Hedy Carter, Director of Production: STAMPEDE VALLEY JACKET

“I figured there would be a lot of us wearing this today. This jacket is, well, my dad had a saying, ‘If it ain’t red, it ain’t no good’, so we always had to pick red. I picked this jacket because it’s lightweight, it works for fall but will take me into spring – I love this fabric. The back is great. I was going to layer it over the Parker Top this morning, but then I put it with this [Wayne Top] and thought, ‘Well, this looks lighter and more spring-like,’ so that’s why I did that.”

Hello Cheryl and Hedy! Don’t know if you remember me from Quarter horse racing days. Just wanted to say hello and I’m loving your success. Best always!

    Cheers!
