CULTURAL COUNCIL

In an effort to augment our cultural cognizance, Double D Ranch has developed a Cultural Council made up of representatives from different cultures, communities, and walks of life. We want to ensure that we are staying informed and educated, and that we continue to learn and grow as people and as a company.

The mission of the Cultural Council is to foster open dialogue among differing walks of life, to create a forum for friendly but frank discussions regarding the current climate in your community and the struggles and sensitivities facing your respective cultures. Our hope is that it will engage and educate, and that it will provide an opportunity for feedback that will allow us to reflect and reevaluate how Double D Ranch is being received and represented as a brand. The goal is to give everyone a voice. We want you to know we are listening.

Members will convene twice a year, to converse about the creations and practices of our company and their impact on the world from varying viewpoints. Not only does this provide an opportunity to periodically review and reevaluate how DDR is being received, board members also have direct access to our leadership team year-round with an open invitation to voice any questions or any concerns at any time.

It is a simple, but hopefully impactful concept that we feel is important in advancing the agenda of cultural appreciation and increasing our own awareness.
