What was once just a quaint downtown with a quirky personality has truly transformed into a trendy destination for savvy shoppers, sparkling nightlife, and staying in the lap of luxury.

The Fort Worth Stockyards has an origin story rooted in, well, livestock, as the last stop on the famed Chisholm Trail before you crossed the Red River. Aptly nicknamed Cowtown, Fort Worth found its foothold in cattle-driven commerce and has hailed that claim to fame for the better part of two centuries, but with recent renovations and top tier tenants, the Stockyards is making its mark on the map of top Texas tour stops for the upwardly affluent. Legendary dining like Joe T. Garcia’s and luxury lodging at the Hotel Drover anchor the entertainment attractions and opulent allure of Western lifestyle brands, among whom we are in very good company. Our own Fort Worth flagship store boasts a brag-worthy experience with stellar service and selection, complementary cocktails, and exquisite attention to detail in museum-quality curation. Plus, about as often as not, you might find yourself styled by one of the sisters themselves.

At present, it’s a budding epicenter of upscale enchantment, but the Stockyards may well be on the road to rivaling Rodeo Drive – we’ll keep the hard ‘e’.

I have modeled for one advertisement for Old Gringo, enjoy their boots and product line. :) I am 64 turning 65, summer of 2024. I would be very interested in being one of your older models, we, the old wise widows are out there and with lots of money to enjoy frivolous items. I also have a running buddy that owns numerous properties in the Fort Worth Stockyards, so I am available to use those buildings for location shoots. Just a thought, Merry Christmas. I am trying to order the Bonnie Jacket, $1,395.00 in a size large and the wedding jacket, don’t ask. lol But having no luck in finding my size. I go way back with Double D, if you only knew the stories, one included my older best friend, who drove a pink corvette and only wore Double D. She left me her car, that might make for a good story too. Later kids.
