This season, we’re swooning over the silky striations of Tiger’s Eye Jasper jewelry.

Technically, it is a type of quartz, and the chatoyant (read: having a changeable luster or color) gemstone is aptly named because it resembles a cat's eye when turned to the light.

Tiger’s Eye is one of the neatest stones there is, don’t you think?” inquired Cheryl, as she rotated a ring to catch the light. “I’m intrinsically drawn to a striation – I love all spiny oyster for the same reason – the irreplicable individuality of each piece, truly one of a kind. And tiger’s eye, especially in a domed cabochon like this, really does resemble a cat eye, which I find very cool. Plus, it’s authentic to the era Atomic [Ranch] is channeling – very bohemian and earthy. It was a natural fit for this collection – I only wish we had more of it!”

Not only do the beautiful browns and gorgeous golden hues pair perfectly with the palette of Atomic Ranch and the collections to come, but this alluring stone is said to be a grounding stone that enhances vitality, balance, and intuition.

I’ve had a large Tigers Eye stone ring in silver setting for years and just recently started wearing. Signed by artist. I just purchased your Atomic dress with belt. The belt is really short which I inquired about. Never heard back from you…
