As you know, we as a family have been committed to a wellness journey for our health, and while we are so pleased with the results we’re seeing and feeling better physically, taking care of your body is only half the battle.

It can be hard to have the same discipline and dedication to care for your mental health in the same way you do for your physical because the results are intangible and unseen, but when you take the time to heal yourself, be grateful, and participate in self-care, the benefits are equally as astounding and beneficial.

We have been inviting all of our Wolf Pack to join us on this journey to physical wellness, and now we would like to extend that invitation to anyone and everyone who could use a little bit more mindfulness and encouragement to pause and care for yourself.

This month, we are going to be practicing Self-Care September. We have created a journal/activity book to guide us, challenge us, and keep us motivated and mindful, and we’re happy to share it with all of you. Simply download it, print it out, and let’s spend this month dedicated to ourselves.
