OCT. 5-7TH: THE FT. WORTH FLAGSHIP GRAND EVENT

Chinese zodiac insists 2023 is the year of the Rabbit, but we’re going to go ahead and dub it the year of the celebration! Not only will this year see the addition of three new members to our family – two beautiful brides and (soon) one bouncing baby boy – but we also have celebrated strides in our production (hello, silk scarves – thank you, Hedy!), developments in design (the coolest collabs!), and the strength of our sisterhood (the best Meetup ever!). Well, hang on to your hats, because we’re not through yet!

Mark your calendars and make your room reservations because the party continues in October with the Flagship Grand Event!

“Well, it’s somewhere between a Grand Opening and a first anniversary celebration,” Audrey laughed. “It’s our first BIG celebration of the Stockyards store, but we will have been open a full year, so Grand Opening feels a tad confusing. And we don’t want to call it a First Anniversary because, a) that makes people wonder if they missed the opening, and b) it implies that we’ll be having one every year! And who knows, we might, but we’re not ready to lock ourselves into a second major annual shindig just yet!”

And so, we’re simply dubbing it the “Grand Event” – and grand it will be!

We’re working on a lowkey lineup of events and incentives to keep you entertained and intrigued all weekend long, but the real showstopper is actually the show STARTER! We’re kicking off this whole shebang with a private concert Thursday, October 5th, by the gravel-voiced goddess herself, Miss Tanya Tucker!

“Can you believe that?” Cheryl exclaimed. “I mean, we’ve been friends with her for a few years now, and still, it is absolutely so surreal. And of course, the coolest part to us is that we get now have an opportunity to share it with our people, with our Addicts! I remember thinking at the Ryman and at the Grammys, that the only thing cooler would be if all of my DDR sisters could be there. This isn’t the Grand Ole Opry of course, but I bet the experience for those who get to join us will be dang close!”

We hope everyone is as hyped as we are, and believe us, we wish every single person we’ve ever shared a memory or even a conversation with could attend, but please note the tickets WILL BE LIMITED! First come, first served! (And yes, there will be a very exclusive opportunity for VIP Meet & Greet, but more details on that later.) Tickets are NOT yet available for purchase, but we promise to keep you posted!

We’ll follow that up at the Ft. Worth store Friday and Saturday, some super-special outings in the Stockyards, and y’all know we wouldn’t let y’all come all this way without a little swag bag! (We haven’t gotten approval from Audrey yet, but maybe if we put it in writing it’ll force her hand… we’re working on an exclusive incentive for attendees to get a daily discount in the store you can’t get anywhere else!)

As you can see, we still have some details on the ironing board, but know that the Flagship Grand Event is happening Oct. 5th- 7th, so hurry hurry hurry and book your hotel – because guess what else happens that weekend? OU/TX over in Dallas.
