In December, Cheryl celebrated a milestone birthday, and we shipped her and her boys off to one of her favorite places on earth – Santa Fe, New Mexico – for a much-needed week of rest and respite from the hard work and hustle that was 2020. While we couldn’t stop her from doing work while she was there (despite Audrey’s best efforts), Cheryl did get to spend her “vacation” indulging in one of her all-time favorite pastimes: buying jewelry.

Now, here’s the thing you’ve got to understand about Cheryl and her jewelry habit: as much as she enjoys owning and accessorizing in Southwestern jewelry, the thrill for her is in the find. She loves the hunt for a unique piece, or a classic cluster, or just a piece with personality. And if it has a story? Say no more, it’s coming home with her. But then she wants to pass it on – the piece and the education.

So, long story short, Cheryl made a haul in Santa Fe and now we have the Mother Lode at the Mothership. We’ve been cleaning and photographing and uploading jewelry around the clock since she got home, and we’ve finally got it all live, so if you haven’t scrolled through the jewelry section of the site lately, it might be time for another visit ‘cause it’s a whole new world in there. (P.S. Valentine’s Day is just around the corner -- if you need our help dropping hints to your honey, let us know!)

Oh, and don’t forget something to store it in! We currently (finally!) have ALL of our Turquoise Travel Series jewelry keepers in stock, so whether you score a squash or pick up a new pair of earrings, you can store and transport them in DDR style.
