IT’S ALMOST ADDICTION PARTY TIME!

It’s that time of year again! The Mothership is abuzz with worker-bees stocking shelves and styling the showroom and best of all – marking down merchandise! – for the most wonderful weekend of the summer! The 2023 Annual Addiction Meetup is almost here, and we’ve got a handful of reasons you definitely want to attend.

SISTERS

Well, yes, the McMullens will be there, of course – if you haven’t had the chance to meet them in real life, you’re in for a treat! (It’s such a neat part of the DDR brand, the way customers become friends and friends become like family, and how the founders/designers/folks at the tippy top are so accessible and engaging.) But more than all that, we mean your ADDICTION sisters! You feel like you know them from Facebook already, you might’ve even seen them have a cameo on a line launch video, but getting to spend a couple days with a group of gals you already have so much in common with – it’s an experience you don’t want to miss!

STYLE

Imagine getting all your Barbies out, dressing them top to toe in a chic coordinating theme, and then bringing them all to life for a big, fun party. That’s what it’s like in the Mothership every single day of the Meetup! Just beautiful, lively gals in gorgeous getups, and it is so much fun to see how everyone brings their own personal style to a particular piece. Plus, all the “ooh”ing and “ahh”ing over everyone’s accessories! It’s truly a feast for your eyes.

SHOPPING

We’re not talking about your average shopping trip here! First of all, we bring out all the goods and that shop is STOCKED. Second, this is the prime opportunity to finally get a chance to try on those boots you’ve been eyeing, pick out your perfect Oscars, or see how that hat from your wishlist fits on your head – oh, and you can have it personally and professionally shaped right on site! And best of all, you are surrounded by so many cheerleaders who totally get your sense of style and will help you pick out the pieces that make you look your absolute best.

SALES

This part alone is worth the drive! The sales you’ll find at the Meetup are unreal – and you can ONLY get them in person and only during these 4 days. We are talking one-of-a-kind samples, treasures from the warehouse, and dollar amounts you never thought you’d see on a DDR tag!

Movie nights, Billy the Kind BINGO, live music, dinners, dancing, and a fun little swag bag full of memorabilia and mementos to commemorate one amazing experience! We could talk it up until we’re blue in the face, and you can ask some of your Addiction sisters who have been in previous years, but there is really just no way to put it into words – you’ve really gotta see for yourself!
