AI DDR Sister Figurines - Head Image

It’s a holiday weekend, and we felt like having a little fun! Plus, after a record-shattering launch of Rhinestone Suits & Cowboy Boots, we’re kind of feeling like the McMullen sisters might actually HAVE superpowers. So, we got in on the viral trend and prompted ChatGPT to turn them into their own none-of-a-kind hypothetical action figures. Enjoy!

    SUPER-STYLE CHERYL

The dreamer behind the designs of DDR is captured in her signature-as-of-late sunglasses, a classic cowboy hat, and the Donna’s Varsity Jacket, which she’s already dubbed as the “unicorn” of the Cowgirl Rising collection. Naturally, she comes with a cellphone-on-a-string, the latest fashion mag/trend report, and a sizeable shopping bag – that is no doubt full of stunning southwestern jewelry she’s going to have to make amends with Doris about!

    HOOK’EM HERO HEDY
    AI DDR Hedy Figure

The middle sister who’s always making us laugh is immortalized in a bold black outfit, with one hand giving an enthusiastic “Hook ‘em Horns” and the other wrapped around a family favorite: Diet Coke. Always the most hands-on with Daddy’s racing operation, she had to have a horse in there, and if you know Hedy very well, you know how fond she is of her felines!

    THE AMAZING AUDREY
    AI DDR Audrey Figure

The CEO/boy mom/baker extraordinaire is depicted in plastic perfection, rocking the Romance & Rustlers Top (she’s fan of a pearl snap), and accompanied by a few things that I think we all associate with Audie by now – a beautifully baked-and-iced cake, a Longhorn coaster, and of course, her right-hand man: Stanley!

Interested in what your own little action figure would look like? Well, it’s kind of up to you! Cowgirl Magazine published a how-to guide for creating yours using ChatGPT, and we tweaked it with our own prompt:

Create a hyper-detailed action figure of the person in the picture above. The packaging should resemble a collector's edition toy packaging, similar to high-end action figure boxes. The background should be a [add scene or colors], with bold white typography displaying the name: [name] The clear plastic should showcase the action figure inside, posed in a cute stance. The figure is wearing [clothing description]. The packaging will have a hang shell hole punch at the top. To the side, an "ACCESSORIES" section should feature key tools of the trade, neatly arranged in individual compartments. That should include:  [add accessories]

Now, we’ll be honest, it can be a tad trickier than it seems to get it looking quite right – we poured some sweat and swear words into building the sisters – so if it feels like you’re not getting it, just know it’s not you! Even the most social-media-savvy of us struggled. Stick with it! Or don’t. It’s meant to be more fun than frustrating. If you DO master making one, we really want to see it! Share it with us in the Double D Addiction Facebook group.
