DECEMBER 2ND IS ‘GIVING TUESDAY’

This coming Tuesday (December 2nd) is Giving Tuesday, a global movement and a day of generosity celebrated on the Tuesday after Thanksgiving. It encourages people to give back to their communities through donations, volunteering, acts of kindness, or advocacy. The purpose, of course, is to build a better world for us all to live in, and the timing is intentional – it falls right after all the radical Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales, in the midst of holiday shopping frenzy, and serves to reconnect us all to the real reason for the season.

We encourage you to get out on Tuesday and give back in whatever way feels right to you, we will be doing the same in our own individual ways, but we also wanted to share with y’all how much you’ve helped give already this year – through showing up strong for bingo nights, through spreading the word and purchasing the scarves to aid flood relief, through continuously supporting this brand which affords us the ability to be generous when our neighbors are in need.

That’s a truly awe-inspiring amount, and it really goes to show that while every little bit helps, it’s astounding the impact we can make when we give together.
