While the list of merchandise is seemingly infinite: jewelry, books, hats, records, flags, and pottery - second-hand clothes are among the most common and treasured items. Even the occasional pair of moon boots have been found amidst the bargain-driven gathering. This bohemian tradition is referenced in Julia Chaplin's new book, Gypset Style and has become a place of networking, laughter, and fashionable junking. It is also the inspiration behind Double D Ranch's Trippy Hippie Jacket for Fall 2010.So what we can say is: Power to the people!
