The denims we debuted in Atomic Ranch have been met with rave reviews and have quickly become staples in a lot of cowgirls’ closets. If you haven’t yet jumped on the Remuda wagon, take another look at what you’re missing!

“Well, like with a lot of Double D things, I think the details make the difference here,” Cheryl explained. “The silhouettes and fits have a lot of draw to them, for sure, but I think that gold striped contrast stitching really adds an irresistible element that elevates it. It’s still very classic, these pieces are designed to be true staples, but that detail gives the Remudas a retro personality. That gold thread is a throwback to vintage jeans, all the dark denims used to have it, if you remember.”

Here's why we love the Remudas, respectively:

This dress is an instant classic; it’s demure denim at its best. The fuller sleeves and gathered bottom tier lend a femininity to it, and the collar gives it a polished appeal that allows it to really be dressed up or down. The self-belt really sells it, also; it ties all the stitched details together and makes it look really polished. (That said, we also LOVE to replace that belt with something unique or vintage, like a good tooled leather with a trophy buckle or a classic concho!)

This little number is a can’t-beat go-to everyday dress! It is universally flattering; it works on everybody (and every body) – you wouldn’t believe how many of these you can spot around the DDR office on any given day! It seems like everyone bought one (y’all KNOW Hedy did), and it truly feels like someone is wearing it every day, which is really fun for us, because everyone styles it a little differently. The wearability of this dress is unrivaled, but it’s also really fun to accessorize. Love it with a statement squash, love it with desert pearls, love it with a stack of colorful cuffs – it’s a blank canvas! Also, it’s cute with tall boots, short boots, wedges, even stylish sneakers. Oh yeah, and it has POCKETS! We promise, you will wear the heck out of this thing.

If you were in one of the style sessions at the Meetup, Cheryl probably already sold you on these babies, because holy moly, these are a great jean! They’re the most lovely blend of retro-meets-runway; they’ve got the little details, like the front pleats and the flared leg that serve up a little throwback vibe, but the wide leg and weight of the denim is perfectly modern. Plus, the wash is perfection – right in the middle of the denim spectrum, which makes it so easy to pair. Did we mention the waist has a little give to it? Yeah, you’re gonna want these.

Now, this classic is definitely a keeper. You simply cannot do Western wear without a good workshirt in your wardrobe, and we’re of the belief that you can’t really have too many. To us, this one is a little more elevated than industrial, with details like vertical welt seams and fuller sleeves that make it feel a little easier to dress up. It’s perfect to tuck into a full-circle swing skirt, or we particularly love it paired back with the Remuda Pant!
