IT’S GONNA BE A FUN FALL, Y’ALL!

Y’all, we have packed our calendar with fun for the fall!

“It kind of feels like an exercise in endurance,” laughed Audrey. “We just can’t quit saying yes to stuff! And we don’t really want to, all of these things are things we’re excited to be a part of, just not sure when we’re going to sleep!”

We’ll be bouncing from town to town around Texas for most of October, and we sure hope y’all will join us for some (or all) of it!

FASHION WEEK STOCKYARDS STYLE – October 2nd – 4th

It’s a weekend full of Western fashion, showcasing various brands and boutiques in runways shows, as well as fun things to do like trunk shows, collection previews, and sip-and-shop events.

Cheryl and Mitchell will be among the speakers at the Legends of the West Panel, taking place on Friday, October 2nd, from 10 a.m. – noon at Provender Hall.

Double D Ranch will also be featuring a handful of looks in the Western Fashion Roundup runway show on Saturday, October 3rd, from 5-6 p.m. on the Livestock Exchange Lawns.

And, while we’re on the topic of Fort Worth, the 35TH ANNUAL RED STEAGALL COWBOY GATHERING event will be taking place in Cowtown from October 23rd to the 25th, and as we do every year, we’ll be hosting a Sip & Shop with Gail Steagall in conjunction with the weekend. Per usual, it will be held that Friday, October 23rd, from 4 – 7 p.m., featuring sips and light bites, and this year it will also coincide with our Dian Malouf Trunk Show. So many reasons to stop by!

Moving on to Round Top…

The 2026 FALL ANTIQUES & DESIGN SHOW will take place from October 16th to October 31st this year. You can check out the full lineup of events and activities here. Our Round Top Mercantile will be open for the duration of the show, so please stop by and see our sweet crew and shop the cool vintage pieces, furniture, and jewelry that are unique to that shop.

Our famed BINGO NIGHT is back on Friday, October 16th. Unfortunately, tickets already sold out (in like, a day and a half), but we cannot wait to see all the folks that snagged their spot! More than 100 DDR fans will gather for a night of benevolent bingo (all proceeds will go to a local charity), dinner, and DJ tunes – and incredible prizes!

We’ll also be strutting our stuff in the COWBOY COUTURE FASHION SHOW by Modern Marla x Laura Goodson. This year, it will be held on October 27th at 7 p.m. in Henkel Square, and as always, it will feature the finest in Western fashion showcased in an expertly and artistically executed runway show.

Oh, and while we’re talking Round Top fall market, there’s a fun new addition this year. While it’s not directly connected to DDR, it is in our figurative backyard. On October 22nd, The Halles (where our shop is located) is hosting an event called “Finders Keepers” that will bring together 21 unique vendors that’ll have pop-ups in the courtyard, and they’ll also have live music throughout the day. We’re excited to see how it goes, and it’s definitely worth checking out!

So, as you can see, we’re staying pretty busy next month, but oh boy, will it be fun and worth it! We sure hope to see some of y’all!
