FOLK FORAY FAVORITES: PT. 1
Let’s have a little fun with Folk Foray!
We got some of the girls gussied up in their favorites from the current collection and did a mini-photoshoot with Mitchell – and we simply couldn’t resist sharing them with y’all! (Does DDR not have the most adorable employees?!)
For fun, we decided to make it a two-parter, split into “The Lifers” (gals who have been with us for as long as we can remember) and “The New Kids on the Block” (talent that just joined the team).
Let’s start with those ladies you know and love: Kristen, Doris, and Susie!
KRISTEN SCHLEY
This Customer Service cutie has worked for Double D Ranch on and off for basically her whole life, starting when she was just 16! (She left for college, left for a little while when she got married, but we keep pulling her right back in.)

FOLK FORAY FAVORITES: Haithi Top, Festival of Colors vest (in Carousel Pink), Rayanne Pant
“I chose the vest because it was so vibrant and happy. The top is a wonderful staple piece that is light weight so I can wear it well into the summer season (until Labor Day-hahaha!) The pant is so great fitting, I wear them at least once a week and I can wear them all year. These are definitely my favorite pieces.”

This sweet and stylish sister is about to celebrate a jubilee anniversary with us – 30 whole years! (She must’ve started with us right out of kindergarten…)

~ There’s no better advertisement than wearing DDR b/c the models featured in this post look fabulous. To Kristen and Susie: my heartfelt thanks to my two Double D Ranch Angels when I ordered my Midnight Cowboy boots. I’m in my mid 60s and amazed at how DDR transcends age. A few years ago, I bought the Backwoods Barbie biker jacket in blue (as an early birthday present). When I wore it, I got compliments everywhere I went, even from a few guys. It’s great that I get to represent DDR in the WV Panhandle. Millennial women to mature women can rock DDR. Your aesthetic appeals to women from different age brackets/backgrounds, esp. when they put their own spin on it as I do. I appreciate you all; thank you for making my [boot] dreams come true. A little bit choked up with tears in my eyes as I type this; y’all have a customer for life and I LOVE YOU. ~
