Shrimp Dip, Mina Aparicio's Recipe

My previous post mentioned Mina and her talents in the kitchen.  Below is her famous shrimp dip recipe that her daughter Lizzie graciously shared.

Mina Aparicio's Shrimp Dip

Ingredients:

5 lbs of peeled and deveined cooked shrimp, chopped

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup sour cream

1/4 cup chopped onion

1/4 cup celery, chopped

1/4 cup bell pepper, chopped

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients in large bowl.

2. Mix well.

3. Chill until served.
