    Our Outlaws & Outposts 2011 Fall collection was shot in Marathon, Texas...The Gateway to Big Bend. Now there's not much to the city of Marathon, but what's there are friendly people, wonderful food, and a great little boutique called Pitaya Verde.

    Ann is the owner and she helped us countless times during our 3-day stay with anything from food suggestions to making a few phone calls to other locals seeing if we could drive motorcycles on their lawn and take photographs. Several times she helped save our shoot!

    Here's a spotlight on her store last Fall and below is a blurb in the April/May 2012 Texas Bound issue.

    What is the recipe for the picture on the cover of the April/May issue???? It has the salmon over the green concotion that looks like avocado. I would really appreciate it!!! THX!!
