Quirky little collector’s piece!
This remarkable vintage find is a Depression-era Santo Domingo piece, c. 1930s, featuring a double strand of heishi beads adorned with a series of turquoise blossoms crafted with the help of bakelite and found materials, as was the practice of the time. So much character and such dainty style!
