This colorful creation is the work of the late Helen and Lincoln Zunie, a renowned Zuni husband-and-wife duo of jewelry artisans, active in the ‘60s and ‘70s, best known for horse and cow chip inlay designs. This buckle is a gorgeous iteration of a black horse, accented with colorful geometric inlay design that carries to the two keepers and a matching tip. It’s on a classic black leather strap. Gorgeous.
