  • Belt, A Vintage, Concho, First Phase Revival, Vintage, 630

First Phase Concho Belts of the 1860s-1890s are identified by the slot openings in the center of the conchos that allowed the threading of the bridle leather strap.  Original belts from this period are highly collected and found mostly in museums.

A resurgence of the First Phase Concho Belts emerged and belts from this period are commonly referred to as “First Phase Revival.” Double D Ranch is pleased to offer this First Phase Revival Concho Belt.  Rescued from old pawn, this belt is crafted in sterling silver and consists of eight oval conchos measuring over 3”.  The slotted buckle is also crafted in sterling and measures 4”x3”.  This is a beautiful belt with great balance and proportions.
