A FUN LITTLE TUQUOISE TREAT!
One of our favorite contemporary artisans, Federico Jimenez, has crafted a pair of classic drop earrings that we are truly excited about. These post back earrings are a true little turquoise treat. Each one features two turquoise stones carved to look like feathers, set in a simple sterling silver bezel, and hinged together for a fun little dangle. A great pair of earrings to add to your collection.
Federico Jiménez (1941 -; Mexican). Born in Tututepec, Mexico; lives and works in Southern California. Designer and maker of bold southwestern style jewelry; cluster work.

Leekya Deyuse
The best known of all Zuni fetish carvers of the 20th century, his association with trader C.G. Wallace set the standard of excellence in the medium.
Leekya worked on the excavation of the Hawkish Pueblo Ruins in the 1920’s and channels the history of fetish carvings from the carvings of his ancestors into his one-of-a-kind masterpiece.
