“A yacht, and really that’s not a lot…” Ok, we’re not going THAT extreme, but we have rounded up our own fun Fantasy Gift List a la Stanley Marcus.
“Y’all remember the Neiman Marcus Gift Guides, right?” said Cheryl. “Well, not even really remember them, they still do one every year, but I do very vividly remember one year it being like, His & Hers Helicopters or something insane like that. I believe this year there is a Barbie Maserati or something equally crazy. I like to think our ‘Fantasy Gifts’ are a little more practical than that! They’re definitely once-in-a-lifetime buys, not something you just snag on a whim, but they are investment pieces; pieces that will appreciate over time, pieces you can cherish forever, pieces that will become family heirlooms.”
“We’re almost protective of them in a way,” Audrey laughed. “Of course we’re excited for them to find a new home, but at the same time, we really want to be sure they go to someone who truly gets it, you know? Someone who really, truly appreciates what a treasure these pieces are. Think about that painting – it was a gift from William Leigh to Henry Sharp; in today’s terms that would be like, I don’t know, a signed cowboy hat gifted from Kevin Costner to Taylor Sheridan or something that someone had the chance to own a hundred years from now. It’s incredible. Well, and that Kirk Smith belt was mine for decades, so of course it holds a special place in my heart. Cheryl, what are we doing?! Are we sure we want to let these go?!”

ELVIS PRESLEY’S SQUASH BLOSSOM NECKLACE
Do we even have to explain why this is incredible? The King himself owned this beauty! A squash blossom of any sort is a dream gift, but it’s not every day that you get the chance to own something of Elvis’. We are endlessly envious of whoever ends up with this once in a lifetime squash!
PORTRAIT PERSONALLY GIFTED FROM WILLIAM LEIGH TO HENRY SHARP
It’s a miracle we were even able to acquire this remarkable painting. Truly must’ve just gotten overlooked at auction, perhaps people weren’t in the know about how incredibly famous both of these artists were! Like a gift from Van Gogh to Picasso, but even better because it’s a cowboy!
COLLECTIBLE CONCHO BELT BY THE LATE KIRK SMITH
People often joke that they’d love to go shopping in the Sisters’ closet – well, here’s your chance! Sort of. This beautiful belt by the renowned Kirk Smith, a highly-revered artisan who was tragically killed at far too young, comes from the closet of our own Miss Audrey Franz. This was one of her prized possessions for years – Kirk Smiths are hard to come by! – and she’s only agreed to part with it because she’s following her own “one in, one out” rule that she declared to rein in Cheryl’s collecting.
BICK’S CLUB CHAIR: COLLABORATION WITH PAUL ROBERT
We’re pretty obsessed with all of the chairs we’ve created in collab with Paul Robert, but if we’re being honest, the Bick’s Club Chair is our favorite. As boot designers ourselves, the stitching speaks to us, it has classic cowboy boot toebox vibes, and that’s nothing compared to how COMFY it is. It’s one of those chairs you just sink into. Timeless, classic, and cozy – gotta love when form meets function!
