The Chisholm Trail collection showcases some chic statement prints, and ladies, we’re here to mix it up!

“Oh yeah, it’s all about mix and match right now,” Cheryl explained. “We’ve never been rule followers in fashion anyway, but the old adage that you should only wear one print at a time is out the window. This collection is perfect for embracing the pairing of prints, particularly the denims, because they’re still sort of a neutral, but bolder. You can rock them with a gingham pearl snap or a lace button-down. The polka dot and the stripe could potentially even mix and match and come together for a fun, fashion-forward look.”

She’s talking about this season’s Circle Dot Herd print and the Pitchwagon Ticking stripe that were inspired by old school Stifel denim styles. From workshirts to wide leg pants and vests to jackets, the combinations of these cool prints are endless it’s a way to ease in to a trend that may feel a little iffy at first.

“I think a lot of us grew up with the mentality that you could only wear one print piece and then pair that with a solid,” she said. “And so it may feel a little out of our comfort zone at first, but I’m encouraging you to experiment with it. You’re going to see a lot more of it coming down the line in trends, and it’s especially going to be a cool tool in transitioning wardrobes from season to season.”
