Necklace, Chain, Shadowbox, Kachina, Navajo Chain, Hallmark, Vintage, '70s, 1020
Shadowbox jewelry never ceases to amaze.
Crafted by renowned Navajo jewelry artisan Philip Long, this incredible ‘70s era vintage necklace is one of the most aesthetically interesting we’ve seen. The pendant is a sterling silver oval framed with tiny sterling silver beading and featuring a slightly inverse-scallop shadowbox opening, displaying a small sterling silver kachina character with incredible detail and blue turquoise cabochon accents. The pendant is affixed to a handmade sterling silver chain. At the risk of sounding trite, it’s SO cool; we could stare at it all day.
