Crafted by Jock Favour, this unique necklace features a small ornate pendant with geometric mosaic inlay of turquoise and orange spiny oyster set in a sterling silver frame flanked with dimensional seashell details. The pendant is affixed to a deerskin thong cord with silver bead adjusters. It’s a great piece for layering, but you can also wear it solo for a subtle pop of southwestern style.
Jock is an archaeologist so all of his work replicates the style as well as the process of early Navajo work. He uses all-natural stones that he mines and sets in the traditional manner.
