    A GREAT VINTAGE FIND FOR THE COLLECTOR OF THE OLD WEST

    Beautifully vintage, these remarkable deerskin gloves feature a beaded pictorial of a Native American chief in profile on the cuff with bright colors of red, yellow, white, blue, black and green. Each is finished with fringe and lined with an old floral cotton. These incredible pieces of American history are perfect for any collector of the Old West.

    VINTAGE ANTIQUE c1915 SIOUX PICTORIAL INDIAN BEADED GAUNTLETS - WHITE HEARTS


    They measure approx. 12 1/8 +/- inches end to end from the end of the cuff to the tip of the middle finger.

    Nice old pair of central Sioux pictorial  beaded gauntlets on Indian brain tanned hide. Nice fringe and lined with an old floral cotton cloth they are beaded with red/white hearts, a nice Nez Perce' blue, some green translucents, and opaque non greasy yellow, cobalt blues, black, and white as well  as opaque medium grass green colored beads. Beaded and sewn with a thick old cotton thread they look to be c. 1915.
