A CLASSIC CHARLIE FAVOUR CUFF.

This intricate inlay bracelet is the work of renowned jewelry artisan, Charlie Favour. Crafted in his signature inlay style, it features tiny turquoise stones in a pleasing geometric pattern, framed with twist wire detailing and shiny silver bands. Another element unique to Charlie’s craftsmanship is that his bracelets feature a leather band lining the insides and sterling silver tips.

Unisex

Note about Charlie: Charlie Favour was born in 1950 in Prescott, Arizona. While growing up around ranches and rodeos, he began braiding when he was 11 years old. In 1970, Charlie started doing leatherwork professionally by opening a leather and Native American art store in Aspen, Colorado.

In 1980 he settled in Northern New Mexico where he engaged in the fly fishing business and continued his leathercraft. Throughout his career, Charlie has been a serious student of all aspects of Native American crafts as well as the leatherwork of the old-time cowboys.   He has achieved a high degree of expertise in many areas of work including Native American footwear, beadwork, hand-tanning hides, traditional western tooling and braiding.

Charlie’s work can be found in fine custom cowboy galleries throughout the country. His bracelets are worn by both men and women. All of Charlie’s pieces are handcrafted and all his materials are of superior, genuine quality.

Charlie Favour(1950-; Anglo). Row bracelets; mosaic channel inlay; leather backing on some pieces.
