  • Cuff, Inlay, Mixed Stone, Sun Face, Hallmark, Vintage, 3945

    An absolute show-stopper!

This gorgeous statement cuff is a vintage creation by renowned Zuni artisan, the late Theodore Edaakie. The bold face of the cuff features a traditional Sun Face crafted in skilled channel inlay, using shell, coral, turquoise, mother of pearl and onyx. It’s accented by complementing inlay half-moons and sterling silver rope details. The craftsmanship is remarkable and the hallmark is highly sought after – a piece for the true collector.

Theordore Edaakie (1911-1987; Zuni). Active 1930s - 1960s. Silversmith and artist. Channel inlay; some bird and eagle dancer motifs. Worked for C. G. Wallace in the 1930s; his brothers Lee (1914 - ?) and Merle (1904 - ?) also sold their jewelry through the C. G. Wallace operation
