This beautiful vintage bolo is the work of renowned jewelry artisan couple Helen & Lincoln Zunie, well known for their inlay work, usually in cow and horse motifs. The statement slide features an inlay depiction of a saddled horse crafted from turquoise, coral, onyx, mother of pearl, and shell in sterling silver. The cord is a traditional braided leather with sterling silver aiguillettes tipped with complementary inlay horsehead dangles. The signature style of these talented artisans is instantly recognizable and has become increasingly coveted and collectible, particularly posthumously.
