Bolo, Inlay, Comanche Kachina, Vintage, '70s, 1063
A bold bolo is an unexpected way to add a little awesome to your outfit.
This big vintage beauty was crafted by renowned Zuni jewelry artisan Roger Cellicion. Designed in the image of a Comanche kachina, the bolo was created in traditional chip inlay style featuring stones of turquoise, black onyx, red coral, mother of pearl, and shell, all set in sterling silver. The cord is a traditional braided leather with sterling silver aiguillettes. It’s incredible how intricate the inlay detail is on this piece!
