Millicent Rogers, whose impeccable style was a source of inspiration for much of this collection, was known for her elegant white blouses.
Crisp, clean, classic. She would collaborate with world-renowned designer Charles James and buy them by the dozens. It was imperative the Taos collection have one. We went with a classic crisp cotton button-down, but hid the placket and went a little wider with the collar for added drama. And, because Millicent was also known for her love of (and an extensive collection of) Southwestern jewelry, we adorned it with a big turquoise cluster pin. We like to think she’d approve.
