Bolo, Bison, Novelty, Turquoise, Hallmark, Vintage, 1025
$1,125.00
For the Navajo, the bison represents the bounties of Mother Earth. They use it in many ways - from food, milk, clothing, and tools.
This masterwork bolo pays tribute to this respected animal. It features a bold and revered bison head cast from sterling silver and set prominently on a silver shield. A large turquoise stone adds beauty and balance. Additional sterling leaf applique and silver drops add a sculptural border. This masterpiece is on a braided leather cord and finished with matching handmade tips accented with turquoise.
A true, one-of-a-kind collector piece.
