Ledger Art Boot

Size Guide

Ledger art is a traditional Native American art form that dates back to the mid-1800s, and it usually consists of scenes and symbols being drawn or painted onto things like old accounting ledgers or stock certificates, as that type of paper was most readily available in that time period. We’ve always found it intriguing and beautiful, and we were beyond excited to collaborate with a very talented Native American artist to create this ledger art design and incorporate it into the Matagorda collection. This boot has a tall, straight silhouette with the imagery subtly incorporated on the shaft, trimmed with complimentary brown leather and studding, and accented by elements of embroidery. And, of course, the extra bit of awesome that a long strip of fringe adds!
